Shipping Information

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipping to an address in the Lower 48 United States. We also offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping.

When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday that are shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time requesting these shipping options will ship the next business day. UPS does not deliver packages on weekends except for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Saturday Delivery. If you would like your order delivered on Saturday, please indicate in the "Comment" section of our order form that you want Saturday Delivery. UPS charges an extra $16.00 for this service and this will be added to your shipping charges. UPS Ground Delivery Time Most orders ship within one business day. Delivery time listed below is for Ground UPS service and is based on business days and does not include the day your order was shipped.



To Our Customers Outside the 48 United States Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign Countries and those using an APO address, will have the option of using UPS or the United States Postal Service for shipping your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any free shipping to destinations outside the 48 Continental United States. If your order is shipping to a foreign country, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsibility. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination. Your shipping charges are downloaded directly from UPS and USPS at the time you place your order to assure accuracy. Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the item is defective or prior approval was obtained from an authorized representative of RadioFence.com. Returned items that qualified for Free Ground Shipping will be charged the cost of shipping the product to you. These shipping charges will deducted from the amount we credit to your method of payment.

Order Tracking After your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. If you do not have your tracking number available, you can retreive it by Logging into Your Account. You can then track your order with UPS or the United States Postal Service depending on how you asked us to ship your order.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be able return it for a refund. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking and/or shipping costs. If you need to return an item, you must call us at 941-505-8220 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

If your order qualified for Free Shipping, you may return new, unopened items with original packaging and tags for a full refund minus any restocking fees and our cost of shipping your order. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Rapid Bath and Rapid Bath Shampoos, Flea Control products, Pet Supplements, Dog and Cat Treats, Spotty Training Place, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning your product. If you ship these items to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.

Include the Following with your Return:

Original invoice or packing slip Write your RMA number on the outside of the box Send to the address we provided you Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return.

Return policies and procedures may change without notice. All customers are bound by our return policies and procedures in effect at the time a return is made.
